Tile and Grout Cleaning

Grout is a porous mixture of cement, sand and other materials. It is easy for dirt to penetrate deep into grout, building up until you can see it but settling too far into the crevices to easily clean. Porous stone or tiles with a degraded sealant can develop a similar dirt patina.

Steam cleaning is one of the most effective ways to clean tiles and grout. Using little more than hot water vapour, steam blasts into crevices deep in your grout to draw out dirt and stains. We then apply a layer of sealant to keep your tiles looking great between cleanings. For delicate surfaces like marble, we have specialised equipment and detergents that can eliminate dirt gently

What about Mould and Mildew?

Put down the bleach! We can take care of mould and mildew too. Steam is hot enough to eradicate spores without harsh chemicals that are dangerous to the health of you, your employees and the environment. Unlike bleach, which can strip away the sealant on your tiles and grout over time, steam can kill mould and mildew colonies without any damage to your flooring.
